Become a Member to Fontenelle Hills HOA Today!
Membership is $40 annually (January 1 to December 31).
Membership includes the following benefits:
- Email of the neighborhood newsletter, “The Hills Echo”
- Electricity for the lighted sign at the Martin Drive entrance
- Enhancements to the Martin Drive center islands
- Purchase and repair of neighborhood wooden street signs
- Financial support for various association events (Spring & Fall Socials, Fall Festival, Easter Egg Hunt, Forth of July Picnic, etc.)
- All luminary supplies and supplies for the Luminary Party
- Martin Drive center island flags
- Offset the meal cost for all social attendees and free meal for all 1st time social attendees
- Membership Website
As you can see, your small donation goes a long way towards helping us to continue to make Fontenelle Hills a wonderful place to live. Without a majority of homeowners becoming a member, many of the activities and functions listed above would simply not be possible.
The Board has been working diligently to start the Fontenelle Hills HOA website. You can register for the website by clicking “Register” in the upper right corner of the website. You will not automatically have access to all functions since your membership needs to be verified by a Board member first. If you have not paid dues, we have a new online payment option. You need to be a member of the website in order to pay your dues online.
